Quick service. Accurate order. Friendly staff. Clean lobby and restroom.
I went through drive through place an order and after getting to the window I realize that the order-taker left off part of my order. I get to the window and I asked can I add the items added or place a secondary order here at the window before I leave. I am then told no we cannot take your money or place of secondary order for the two items we left off you have to go drive around the building and get back in line or come inside to place your new order. If this is a management decision this is stupid and asinine and I just don't understand how bad is customer service.
This taco bell is great and has been the best for all of my time in Southaven but at 9:42 pm on November 20th, 2017 i was served by a lady by the name of Jayla N. In drive thru. She forgot our cinnamon twist which wasn't a big deal for me at first so I simply pulled back around with the receipt and she looked through the window with her hands out and a twisted face as if she was annoyed to see us. She opened the window and didn't even say anything. She just stared at me. So I told her that I was missing the cinnamon twist i ordered and she left and came back with them in a seperate bag, of course she didn't apologize or atleast say no problem or give any indication that she understood there was an issue with my order and that she was prepared to fix it. A minute later she came back and handed them to me and did not say a word and so I told her thank you and to have a good night and again she said nothing and shut the window. And to make matters worse. The two mexican pizzas i ordered tasted like gasoline. Poor service from what I hope is just a great employee having a bad night. But there is a place and time for attitudes and work should not be one of them.
